主题：又一套整体“活络线”水电实景PP（注意，内含降价信息！）

本案两室两厅，套内73，清包人工。

一、水电主要工艺：
1、整体“活络线”工艺、强弱电分槽敷设、地面开槽布管、墙面尽量少开横槽。
2、插座回路“环型布线”施工。
3、网络按SOHO设计，可同时上网，实现“三网合一”（电视、ADSL、小区宽带）
4、开发商原有一部分预埋管，在水电施工中全部用上，节约了一定数量管子。
5、由于线路规划到位，石工开槽对墙体损害较小。

二、水电降价信息
